6. Limitation of Liability

Arfa Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

7. Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We provide support and bug fixes as specified in your service agreement. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
